Terms & Conditions

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information and photographs supplied and remain valid for 30 days. Where site conditions differ materially from what was described — for example an unsound substrate, hidden damage or the need for additional preparation — we will notify you and agree any variation in writing before proceeding.

Materials

Unless expressly stated, quotations cover labour and installation materials only. Tiles supplied by the client should be ordered with at least 10% overage. We are not responsible for shade variation, manufacturing defects or shortfalls in client-supplied materials.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed before work begins. Larger projects may be invoiced in stages. Final payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Guarantee

Our workmanship is guaranteed. The guarantee covers installation only and does not extend to damage caused by structural movement, water ingress from other sources, inappropriate cleaning products, or subsequent alterations by others.

Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to postpone. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled start may incur a charge for materials already ordered and labour reserved.

Insurance

Apex Tilers holds public liability insurance. Certificates and method statements are available on request for commercial projects.
